Under specific lighting conditions, optical imaging technology is used to photograph or video the inspected bolt. The acquired images are processed and analyzed by computer vision system to identify the key dimensions and surface defects of bolts. According to the preset standard, the bolts are judged to be qualified, and the qualified products are separated from the unqualified products by the sorting device.
